Why is Cherry Tree Close not being included within the footpath works being carried out at The Green, North Lopham. Pedestrians walking out from the Close into the road encounter speeding traffic coming from Harling Road through to The Green. The object of the exercise is the safe-keeping of pedestrians making their way round to The Green but this has been completely overlooked, yet the most dangerous part of the roadway!
Cherry Tree Close is also a pick-up point for school coaches and children are in danger of passing traffic.

Dear Pat consideration is being given to joining the path around to Cherry Tree Close. The funds would only stretch to what is there currently.

The new footpath leading up towards the Cheery Tree is an asset to the village and will help to keep pedestrians safe. I would like to thank the Parish Council and all those community spirited villagers who helped pay for the construction.
